Relinquished Option definition

Relinquished Option means a Firm or Non-Firm Contracted Option that a VIPP Supplier nominates as a Relinquished Option. The VIPP Supplier incurs no Fees for Relinquished Options but loses all rights to these Contracted Options. There is no refund of Booking Fees paid if an Exercisable Option is nominated as a Relinquished Option;

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Shoe Option means the Initial Purchasers’ option to purchase up to seventy five million dollars ($75,000,000) aggregate principal amount of additional Notes as provided for in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Stock Option means a contractual right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6 hereof to purchase shares of Common Stock at such time and price, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement.

  • Unvested Company Option means any Company Option that is not a Vested Company Option.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.

  • Reload Option means any Option granted under Section 6(a)(iv) of the Plan.

  • Optioned Stock means the Common Stock subject to an Option.

  • Nonqualified Option means any Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Optioned Shares means Shares subject to an Award granted pursuant to this Plan.

  • Share Option means a Nonqualified Share Option or an Incentive Share Option.

  • Vested means the nonforfeitable portion of any account maintained on behalf of a Participant.

  • Parent Stock Option means any option to purchase Parent Common Stock.

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).

  • Option means a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan.

  • Restricted Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Stock granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.

  • Company Stock Option means each option to purchase shares of Company Common Stock outstanding under the Company Stock Plans.

  • Termination Right have the respective meanings given in the PRA Contractual Stay Rules.
