Vested Shares definition

Vested Shares means "Vested Shares" as defined in the Award Agreement.

Vested Shares means any portion of the Restricted Stock subject to this Agreement that is and has become vested pursuant to this Section 2.

Vested Shares means Common Shares to which the holder of the Restricted Share Units becomes entitled upon vesting thereof in accordance with Section 2 or 3 hereof.

• The Participant must repatriate the proceeds from the sale of Vested Shares acquired under the Plan within 180 days after receipt.

• Additionally, the Participant must inform their Employer of any divestment made by them in relation to the Vested Shares within 7 days of undertaking such divestment.

• In order for the Participant to participate in the Plan, the Company will collect his or her personal data for purposes of allocating Vested Shares and implementing, administering and managing the Plan.

• The Participant agrees to bear any currency fluctuation risk between the time the Vested Shares are sold and the time the sale proceeds are distributed through any such special exchange account.

More Definitions of Vested Shares

Vested Shares means those Shares in respect of which an Award Vests.

Vested Shares has the meaning specified in Section 3.1 hereof.
