Remaining Scheduled Payment definition

Remaining Scheduled Payment means, with respect to the Called Principal of this Security, all payments of such Called Principal and interest thereon that would be due after the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal if no payment of such Called Principal were made prior to its scheduled due date, provided that if such Settlement Date is not a date on which interest payments are due to be made under the terms of this Security, then the amount of the next succeeding scheduled interest payment will be reduced by the amount of interest accrued to such Settlement Date.
Remaining Scheduled Payment means, with respect to the Called Principal of the Project Loan Note, all payments of such Called Principal and interest thereon that would be due after the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal if no payment or purchase of such Called Principal were made prior to its scheduled due date, provided that if such Settlement Date is not a date on which interest payments are due to be made under the terms of the Project Loan Note, then the amount of the next succeeding scheduled interest payment will be reduced by the amount of interest accrued to such Settlement Date and required to be paid on such Settlement Date pursuant to Section 3.2 or Section 10.
Remaining Scheduled Payment means the remaining scheduled payments of the principal and interest that would be due after the applicable redemption date but for such redemption.

Remaining Scheduled Payment means, with respect to the Called Principal of the Note that is to be prepaid by the Company, all payments of such Called Principal and interest thereon that would be due after the Settlement Date to the Company with respect to such Called Principal under the terms and conditions set forth in the Note being prepaid by the Company.

The amount of the Assumed Scheduled Payment for any A Note shall be calculated solely by reference to the terms of such A Note (as modified in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceeding involving the related Mortgagor or pursuant to a modification, waiver or amendment of such Mortgage Loan granted or agreed to by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer pursuant to the terms hereof) and without regard to the remittance provisions of the related Intercreditor Agreement.
