Remediable violations definition

Remediable violations means those violations that can be corrected by the member, such as failure to complete mandatory training, nonpayment of fees, or other curable violations.

  • Serious violation means OCC has made a valid finding when assessing a serious complaint that alleges:

  • Violations shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6(a).

  • Event of Noncompliance has the meaning set forth in the Certificate of Designation.

  • Environmental Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.1.

  • Contamination means the presence of, or Release on, under, from or to the environment of any Hazardous Substance, except the routine storage and use of Hazardous Substances from time to time in the ordinary course of business, in compliance with Environmental Laws and with good commercial practice.
