REMIC IV Regular Interests. As defined in Exhibit J hereof.

REMIC IV Regular Interests. The Classes of undivided beneficial interests in REMIC IV designated as “regular interests” in the table titled “REMIC IV Interests” in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

REMIC IV Regular Interests. The separate beneficial ownership interests in REMIC IV issued hereunder and designated as a "regular interest" in REMIC IV, the ownership of which is evidenced by the Class SB Certificates. • The REMIC IV Regular Interests shall be designated as the Regular Interests in REMIC IV and the R-IV interest shall be designated as the Residual Interest in REMIC IV.

• The REMIC IV Regular Interests shall constitute the assets of REMIC V (the “Master REMIC”).

• On the Startup Day, the REMIC IV Regular Interests will be designated "regular interests" in such REMIC.

• The REMIC IV Regular Interests will be the "regular interests" in REMIC IV, ownership of which will be represented by the Class SB Certificates, and the Class R-X Certificates will represent the sole class of "residual interests" in REMIC IV for purposes of the REMIC Provisions under federal income tax law.

REMIC IV Regular Interests means, collectively, the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class X Certificates, Class B Certificates, Class C Certificates, Class D Certificates, Class E Certificates, Class F Certificates, Class G Certificates, Class H Certificates, Class J Certificates, Class K Certificates, Class L Certificates and Class M Certificates.
