Remittance Account definition

Remittance Account means the deposit account established and maintained by Seller at Bank into which Bank shall deposit any and all funds received by Bank from time to time which are attributable hereunder to Seller’s Retained Percentage in any Participated Mortgage Loan and which are required to be paid by Bank to Seller hereunder.
Remittance Account means the account of the Seller Representative located at Bank of America, NA (ABA No. 000000000) with account number 0000000000, or such other account as notified to the Administrative Agent from time to time by the Seller Representative in writing.
Remittance Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 5(a).

Examples of Remittance Account in a sentence

  • On or before the Closing Date, Sellers and Buyer shall establish and maintain with the Remittance Account Bank a deposit account in the name of Sellers for the benefit of Buyer and under the sole control of Buyer with respect to which the Remittance Account Control Agreement shall have been executed (such account, together with any replacement or successor thereof, the “Remittance Account”).

  • Each Seller shall cause all cash delivered under Section 4 to be deposited in the Remittance Account.

  • All deposits contained in each Collection Account on each applicable Servicer Remittance Date will be transferred to the Remittance Account in accordance with Section 21(d).


More Definitions of Remittance Account

Remittance Account means an account established with a financial institution acceptable to Secured Party for the benefit of Secured Party and subject to the sole dominion and control of Secured Party.
