Remittance Account definition
Remittance Account means one or more deposit accounts established and maintained at the Remittance Account Bank pursuant to the Blocked Account Control Agreement, for the benefit of the “Secured Parties” (as defined in the Blocked Account Control Agreement), and to which all Obligors are instructed to make payments in respect of the Receivables.
Remittance Account means the deposit account established and maintained by Seller at Bank into which Bank shall deposit any and all funds received by Bank from time to time which are attributable hereunder to Seller’s Retained Percentage in any Participated Mortgage Loan and which are required to be paid by Bank to Seller hereunder.
Remittance Account means the account of the Seller Representative located at Bank of America, NA (ABA No. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) with account number ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or such other account as notified to the Administrative Agent from time to time by the Seller Representative in writing.

Any amount to be paid by the Administrative Agent or any Purchaser to any Seller or the Seller Representative under any Purchase Document shall be paid to the Seller Representative by deposit into the Remittance Account, and shall be paid on the date such amount is due no later than 5:00 p.m. (New York City time).

Remittance Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 5(a).
