Removal Contract definition

Removal Contract means that certain Cover Agreement for Abatement, Demolition and Disposal of the Mercury Vapor Power Units at Schiller Station between Eversource Service, as agent for Seller, and Xxxxxxxx Brothers, Inc., as contractor, dated as of April 12, 2016, as amended by the First Amendment to the Cover Agreement for Abatement, Demolition and Disposal of the Mercury Vapor Power Units at Schiller Station, dated October 24, 2016.

Removal Contract means the removal contract to be entered into by Partnership pursuant to the Letter of Intent.
