Remuneration Code definition

Remuneration Code means the Remuneration Part of the PRA Rulebook and the FCA Dual-Regulated Firms Remuneration Code (SYSC 19D), as varied from time to time;
Remuneration Code means the Remuneration Code of the PRA and the Financial Conduct Authority (SYSC 19A).
Remuneration Code means the Senior Management Arrangements, Systems and Controls 19D Dual regulated Firms Remuneration Code, as amended from time to time.
