Related to Renewal or Extension Request

Term Loan Extension Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).
Extension Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).
Revolver Extension Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(b).
Notice of Extension has the meaning specified in Section 2.20.
Maturity Date Extension Request means a request by the Borrower, in the form of Exhibit G hereto or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent, for the extension of the Maturity Date pursuant to Section 2.20.
Non-Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.10.
Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 308.
Request for Extension of Credit means, unless otherwise specified herein, with respect to a Borrowing, Conversion or Continuation of Loans, a written request substantially in the form of Exhibit B or such other form as may be approved by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
Initial Extension of Credit means the earlier to occur of the initial Borrowing and the initial issuance of a Letter of Credit hereunder.
Notice of Extension/Conversion means the written notice of extension or conversion in substantially the form of Schedule 3.2, as required by Section 3.2.
Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.
Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.
Auto-Extension Letter of Credit has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).
Non-Extension Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).
Extension Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(b).
Renewal Notice As defined in Section 1.4(a).
Non-Extension Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(d).
Notice of Revolving Credit Advance has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(a).
Notice of Revolving Borrowing shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.3.
Commitment Increase Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20.
Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).
Revolving Credit Extension Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(a)(ii).
Additional Credit Extension Amendment means an amendment to this Agreement providing for any Incremental Commitments which shall be consistent with the applicable provisions of this Agreement relating to such Incremental Commitments and otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.
Term Loan Extension Series has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).
Non-Renewal Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Notice of Swingline Borrowing shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
