Rental Document means the document titled ‘Rental Document’ which You signed in respect of the Vehicle which You have rented from Budget.

Rental Document means a legally binding contract made between Avis and You or the person hiring the Vehicle and any Authorised Driver;

Rental Document means the document issued by Avis to You when a Vehicle is rented to You and which sets out Your details, the Vehicle's details and some of the fees, costs, amounts and charges payable under the Rental Agreement;

You also agree that we or our collection agent(s) may access the personal information that you provided to us in any effort to collect any Charges or Costs under this section and may use the address provided by you on the Rental Document, or in any customer profile, as the place to send any demands or collection notices.
You warrant that the information contained in the Rental Document is true and correct and that the credit card details provided (if any) are those of the Hirer named on the Rental Document (not the Additional Drivers).

Rental Document means the form signed by us and you and setting out the period and specific terms of rental to which this Agreement applies and as set out on the reverse of this Agreement (and which includes any equivalent computerised data).

Rental Document means the Rental Agreement Form signed by you and Koru Campers Limited setting out the period and specific terms of rental to which this Agreement applies including the reverse of this Agreement (and any equivalent computerized data or forms).
