Rental Document definition

Rental Document means the document titled ‘Rental Document’ which You signed in respect of the Vehicle which You have rented from Budget.
Rental Document means a legally binding contract made between Avis and You or the person hiring the Vehicle and any Authorised Driver;
Rental Document means the document issued by Avis to You when a Vehicle is rented to You and which sets out Your details, the Vehicle's details and some of the fees, costs, amounts and charges payable under the Rental Agreement;

Examples of Rental Document in a sentence

  • Subject to the Owner providing its consent (at its sole discretion), the Hirer may return the Vehicle to a different location than that set out in the Rental Document and/or extend the Rental Term (in which case the Hirer shall pay additional hire charges and up to $800 (plus GST) for the vehicle return).

  • You warrant that the information contained in the Rental Document is true and correct and that the credit card details provided (if any) are those of the Hirer named on the Rental Document (not the Additional Drivers).


More Definitions of Rental Document

Rental Document means the form signed by us and you and setting out the period and specific terms of rental to which this Agreement applies and as set out on the reverse of this Agreement (and which includes any equivalent computerised data).
Rental Document means the document issued by Avis to You when a Vehicle is rented to You and which sets out the Vehicle's details and the fees and charges applicable to that rental;

Rental Documents may be signed electronically.

Security Bond or Bond Is the amount reserved against a customer’s credit card to cover any additional costs associated with the lease of a vehicle. This includes but is not limited to the various fees see Annexure 2 – fees and charges, or Damage loss liability amount. Unauthorised Driver A driver who is not noted on the Rental Agreement as an authorised driver or is under the age of 21 or a Foreign licenced driver not noted as an authorised driver on the Rental Agreement or an interstate licence driver not noted as an authorised driver on the Rental Agreement.
