Reorganization Shares shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 7.4.

Reorganization Shares means, collectively, the Class 1 Reorganization Shares, Class 2

Reorganization Shares. Each class of Acquired Fund Shares is substantially similar to the corresponding class of Reorganization Shares, i.e., the Funds' Class A, Class B, Class C and Class I shares correspond to each other.
