Reorganized RentPath definition

Reorganized RentPath means the Company, as reorganized under the Plan following the discharge provided by the Confirmation Order on or after the Plan Effective Date.

  • Psychiatric hospital means an Institution constituted, licensed, and operated as set forth in the laws that apply to Hospitals, which meets all of the following requirements:
