Repair or Replacement Period definition

Repair or Replacement Period means, with respect to each unit of Merchandise, the maximum period of time specified in the Purchase Order for repair or replacement of Merchandise by Vendor, or if no such period is specified in the Purchase Order or is otherwise provided by Academy in writing, a period of ten (10) days, with such period being measured from the receipt by Vendor of a Notice of Defect, as that term is defined in Section 6.1 of this Agreement.

Examples of Repair or Replacement Period in a sentence

  • If Vendor fails to repair or replace the Defective Merchandise within the Repair or Replacement Period, Academy shall continue to have the right to require replacement of the Defective Merchandise or a refund or credit of the full purchase price thereof.
