Repair Plans. All Expert Protection Repair Plans are “Date of Purchase” Plans. The Expert Protection Service Plan term begins on the date of product purchase or date of installation by the selling retailer (proof of installation date will be required if different from product purchase date) and continues for the period of time defined on your sales receipt. This Plan is inclusive of the manufacturer’s warranty; it does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty but may provide certain benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty. Actual service coverage under this Plan begins upon expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s original or factory‐refurbished parts and/or labor warranty. During the manufacturer’s warranty period, any parts, labor, on‐site service or shipping costs covered by that warranty are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. After each portion or all of the manufacturer’s warranty expires, this Plan will furnish replacement parts and/or labor necessary to restore your covered product to standard manufacturer’s operating condition. If service is required because of a product failure during normal usage, the Administrator has the option to repair the defective product or replace it with a product of equal or similar features and functionality, though not necessarily the same brand. A replacement part or product may be new or refurbished. Replacement Plans: The Expert Protection Replacement Plans are “Date of Purchase” Plans. The Expert Protection Replacement Plan term begins on the date of product purchase and continues for the period of time defined on your sales receipt or until a replacement claim is paid, whichever occurs first. Actual replacement coverage under this Plan begins upon expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s original or factory‐refurbished parts and/or labor warranty. In the event your covered product suffers a mechanical or electrical failure, after expiration of the manufacturer warranty, this Plan will replace your original product with a product of equal or similar features and functionality, though not necessarily the same brand. A replacement product may be new or refurbished. The Replacement Plan is limited to one replacement for products purchased for less than $500 and does not cover trip, labor or shipping. The Replacement Plan is not transferable.

Repair Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 10.8(a) hereof.

Examples of Repair Plans in a sentence

  • Repair Plans may be renewed at Our discretion and for a period not to exceed one year.

  • Under the Repair Plan, should repair parts become unavailable because a manufacturer has gone out of business, if a manufacturer no longer provides product support or all parts sources have been exhausted during the coverage period of this Plan, the Obligor and the Administrator shall be excused from performance hereunder and you shall receive a full refund of the purchase price paid by you for the Plan Repair Plan: WCPS Preferred Service Repair Plans are “Date of Purchase” Plans.

  • Professional Services Fee The basic compensation mutually agreed upon by the Consultant and the COUNTY is as follows: Field Review $ 3,225 Bridge Repair Plans $ 13,040 Jurisdictional Permits $ 7,640 Project Total $ 23,905 Upon authorization to proceed by the COUNTY, final design documents are expected to take approximately seven (6) months from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

  • Facility and Site Maintenance and Repair Plans shall be carried out by qualified staff and qualified specialist sub-contractors in an integrated approach using the resources as shown in the figure below.

  • If, within two (2) business days following Landlord's receipt of the Repair Plans, Landlord has not either approved the Repair Plans or reasonably disapproved the Repair Plans (providing with reasonable specificity the reasons for such disapproval), Landlord will be deemed to have approved the Repair Plans.

Related to Repair Plans

  • Building Plans means the general building plans in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any amendments thereto from time to time approved by the Building Authority;

  • Seller Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Approved Plans means a stock option or similar plan for the benefit of employees or others which has been approved by the stockholders of the Acquiror.

  • Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.
