Repair Specification definition

Repair Specification. The AVIANCATACA repair specification which establishes the minimum baseline to which an Engine or part thereof will be inspected, repaired, modified, reassembled and tested to make and Engine Serviceable. Such Repair Specification will meet or exceed the recommendations of CFM’s operational specifications, applicable CFM maintenance or overhaul manuals and AVIANCATACA’s maintenance plan that has been approved by the AAA.

Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, such Repair Specification shall meet or exceed the recommendations of the OEM's operational specifications and applicable Engine maintenance or overhaul manuals and Copa's maintenance plan as agreed to by Copa and GE and approved by the Approved Aviation Authority.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.
