Replacement Area definition

Replacement Area means sufficient land with suitable soil, excluding streets, roads, easements and permanent structures that complies with the setback requirements of these rules, and is intended for the 100% replacement of absorption systems.
Replacement Area means the area reserved for a wastewater system that may be constructed in the event the wastewater system in the primary area fails or is removed from service.

More Definitions of Replacement Area

Replacement Area means an area on a lot, tract, or parcel of land, separate from the Primary Area, that has been tested by the Sewage Enforcement Officer and found suitable, based upon the then current DEP site requirements, for the installation of an on-lot system, and which will be preserved and protected from alteration for potential future use if the Primary Area on the same lot, tract, or parcel shall fail for any reason. (see Primary Area).
Replacement Area means the amount in square feet of the home for which the Adjudicator determines a Claimant is entitled to compensation under the terms of this Agreement.
