Replacement Asset definition

Replacement Asset means a Property or asset that, as determined by the Board of Directors of the Company as evidenced by a Board Resolution, is used or is useful in a Related Business.
Replacement Asset means, with respect to any Asset Sale, a Property or asset that consists of a Stopping Center or that, as determined by the Board of Directors as evidenced by a Board Resolution, is used or will be used in the Stopping Center business of the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary or a business reasonably related thereto.
Replacement Asset means, with respect to any Disposition or Involuntary Disposition, a Property or asset that is the same or similar to the Property or asset subject to such Disposition or Involuntary Disposition or any other Property or asset that is used or will be used in the ordinary course of the Stopping Center business of the Borrower consistent with past practices.

Replacement Asset. Has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04 of the related Transfer Agreement.
