An undivided interest equal to the Owner Lessor's Percentage in each Component at any time removed from the Facility shall remain subject to this Facility Lease, wherever located, until such time as such Component shall be replaced by a Replacement Component which has been incorporated in the Facility and which meets the requirements for Replacement Components specified above.
