Replacement Tires definition

Replacement Tires means tires of equal quality to those located on Equipment as of the Outbound Inspection, as determined by Xxxxxxxx. For clarity, “Replacement Tires” for Equipment originally equipped with SmartWay-approved tires must be SmartWay-approved tires, and any non-recapped tires must be replaced with non-recapped tires.
