Replacement Tires definition

Replacement Tires means tires of equal quality to those located on Equipment as of the Outbound Inspection, as determined by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. For clarity, “Replacement Tires” for Equipment originally equipped with SmartWay-approved tires must be SmartWay-approved tires, and any non-recapped tires must be replaced with non-recapped tires.

  • Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.
