Outbound Inspection definition

Outbound Inspection means the inspection report outlining the condition of each unit of Equipment at the time of delivery to or pick up by Customer. Such inspection will take place prior to delivery to or pick-up by Customer. Outbound Inspections are hereby incorporated into the applicable Lease by reference.
Outbound Inspection means the inspection of the Equipment prior to Lessee taking possession of the Equipment, which will be reported in the Rental Agreement. Such inspection will take place at a PREMIER location prior to delivery to or pick-up by Lessee whether or not such delivery or pick-up takes place at such PREMIER location. Such inspection reports may be in paper or electronic form and are hereby incorporated into the Lease by reference.

  • Xxxxxxxx will measure the tread depth of each tire at the time of the Outbound Inspection and Inbound Inspection, at the lowest point of remaining tire tread.

  • Xxxxxxxx will take a reading of each unit’s hubodometer at the time of the Outbound Inspection and Inbound Inspection.

  • By taking possession of Equipment, Customer acknowledges and agrees that such Equipment is in the condition reported in the Outbound Inspection.

Related to Outbound Inspection

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.
