Repo Transaction definition

Repo Transaction any of the following: repurchase agreements, reverse repurchase agreements, sell buy backs and buy sell backs agreements, securities lending and borrowing agreements and any other agreement or transaction similar to those referred to above in this definition.
Repo Transaction means a Transfer that results from a repurchase agreement transaction that causes a Sender to transfer a Book-Entry Security to a Receiver in exchange for payment subject to an agreement under which the Book-Entry Security will be transferred back to the original Sender on a later date at an agreed upon price.
