Reportable Events definition

Reportable Events means the following:
Reportable Events shall be as defined in ERISA.
Reportable Events any of the events set forth in Section 4043(b) of ERISA, other than those events as to which the thirty day notice period is waived under subsections 13, 14, 15, 18, 19 or 20 of PBGC Xxx.xx. 2615.

More Definitions of Reportable Events

Reportable Events includes one or more of the following: Adverse Events, Other Safety Findings, Product Complaints, and Medical Device Events.

As of the date hereof, there was no unfunded liability and no funding deficiency existing with regard to the Defined Benefit Pension Plan. Neither Juniata nor JVB has any union or collective bargaining agreements, any contracts or other agreements with any labor organization or, except as specifically disclosed in Schedule II, any contracts or other agreements with any member of management or any management or consultation agreement not terminable at will by it without liability, and no such contract or agreement has been requested by or is under discussion by management with any group of employees, any member of management or any other person.
Reportable Events has the meaning ascribed to it in the Code; “Selected CRA” has the meaning ascribed to it in the Code;
Reportable Events means any of the events listed in Section 3 of this Continuing Disclosure Undertaking.
