Reportable offenses include, but are not limited to, intentional serious physical harm (such as sexual assault), violent crimes, and any offense, that “if committed in the presence of a reasonably prudent and law-abiding person, would cause that person to immediately report the conduct directly to the police.” However, the1995 MOU is silent with regard to IC employees’ reporting obligations of potential non-Federal state criminal laws.
This broad category of evidence potentially includes all of the “work products” generated naturally by students in a particular course of study including written assignments, examinations, problems, laboratory reports, and field or clinical performances.
