Examples of Reportable offenses in a sentence

  • Reportable offenses include, but are not limited to, intentional serious physical harm (such as sexual assault), violent crimes, and any offense, that “if committed in the presence of a reasonably prudent and law-abiding person, would cause that person to immediately report the conduct directly to the police.” However, the1995 MOU is silent with regard to IC employees’ reporting obligations of potential non-Federal state criminal laws.

  • This broad category of evidence potentially includes all of the “work products” generated naturally by students in a particular course of study including written assignments, examinations, problems, laboratory reports, and field or clinical performances.

  • Reportable offenses, as defined in the Uniform Crime Report and the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, are listed on page 20 of this report.

  • Reportable Event means any of the events set forth in Section 4043(c) of ERISA, other than events for which the 30 day notice period has been waived.

  • U.S. Reportable Account means a Financial Account maintained by a Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution and held by one or more Specified U.S. Persons or by a Non-U.S. Entity with one or more Controlling Persons that is a Specified U.S. Person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an account shall not be treated as a U.S. Reportable Account if such account is not identified as a U.S. Reportable Account after application of the due diligence procedures in Annex I.

  • Material Related Party Transaction means a transaction with a related party if the transaction / transactions to be entered into individually or taken together with previous transactions during a financial year, exceeds ten percent of the annual consolidated turnover of the company as per the last audited financial statements of the company.

  • Responsible Offeror means an Offeror who submits a responsive proposal and who has furnished, when required, information and data to prove that his financial resources, production or service facilities, personnel, service reputation and experience are adequate to make satisfactory delivery of the services, or items of tangible personal property described in the proposal.

  • ERISA means the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended.
