Recyclable Product means the ability of a product and its packaging to be reused, reconditioned for use, or recycled through existing recycling collection programs.

Adjustable Product Data means the Adjustable Product Data as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”). Related Financial Product means any financial product which references directly or indirectly the Preference Shares.
Eligible Product means, instead of the definition in FAR 25.003—
Applicable Program means a domestic, international or foreign RPS, renewable energy, emissions reduction or Product Reporting Rights program, scheme or organization, adopted by a Governmental Authority or otherwise, or other similar program with respect to which exists a market, registry or reporting for particular Environmental Attributes. An Applicable Program includes any legislation or regulation concerned with renewable energy, oxides of nitrogen, sulfur, or carbon, with particulate matter, soot, or mercury, or implementing the UNFCCC or crediting “early action” with a view thereto, or laws or regulations involving or administered by an Administrator, or under any present or future domestic, international or foreign RECs, Products, Environmental Attributes or emissions trading program. Applicable Programs do not include legislation providing for production tax credits or other direct third-party subsidies for generation by a Renewable Energy Source.
Excluded Products means the items described on the applicable restricted products per country, any other applicable Program Policy, or any other information made available to you by LINIO.
Environmentally preferable products means a product or service that has a lesser or reduced effect on human health and the environment when compared with competing products or services that serve the same purpose. Such products or services may include, but are not limited to, those which contain recycled content, minimize waste, conserve energy or water, and reduce the amount of toxics either disposed of or consumed.
Alternative nicotine product means any noncombustible product containing nicotine that is intended for human consumption, whether chewed, absorbed, dissolved, or ingested by any other means. "Alternative nicotine product" does not include any nicotine vapor product, tobacco product, or product regulated as a drug or device by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under Chapter V (21
Manufactured good means a good brought to the construction site for incorporation into the building or work that has been--
Timber and wood-derived products means any product that contains wood or wood fibre, with the exception of "recycled" materials (see below). Such products range from solid wood to those where the manufacturing processes obscure the wood element (e.g. paper). Timber and wood-derived products supplied or used in performance of the Contract that have been recycled or reclaimed are referred to as "recycled" timber, which is defined below. Timber and wood-derived products supplied or used in performance of the Contract that are not recycled are referred to as "virgin" timber when the distinction needs to be made for clarity. Short-rotation coppice is exempt from the requirements for timber and wood-derived products and falls under agricultural regulation and supervision rather than forestry.
Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.
House dust mite product means a product whose label, packaging, or accompanying literature states that the product is suitable for use against house dust mites, but does not indicate that the product is suitable for use against ants, cockroaches, or other household crawling arthropods.
The Material/ Product means all the materials along with the accessories which the contractor is required to supply to the Bank under the Contract.
Source material milling means any activity that results in the production of byproduct material as defined by definition (2) of byproduct material.
Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;
Manufacturing Know-How means all information, techniques, inventions, discoveries, improvements, practices, methods, knowledge, skill, experience and other technology, whether or not patentable or copyrightable, and any copyrights based thereon, relating to or necessary or useful for the production, purification, packaging, storage and transportation of Collaboration Products, including without limitation specifications, acceptance criteria, manufacturing batch records, standard operating procedures, engineering plans, installation, operation and process qualification protocols for equipment, validation records, master files submitted to the FDA, process validation reports, environmental monitoring processes, test data including pharmacological, toxicological and clinical test data, cost data and employee training materials.
