representative of a Party means an employee or any person appointed by a government department or agency, or any other public entity of a Party who represents the Party for the purposes of a dispute under this Agreement.
Representative means with respect to a particular Person, any director, officer, manager, employee, agent, consultant, advisor, accountant, financial advisor, legal counsel or other representative of that Person.
Administrative Office means Liberty Life Assurance Company of Boston, 9 Riverside Road, Weston, MA 02493.
Executive Office means such office of the Company as the Directors may from time to time determine to be the principal office of the Company.
Notice Office means the office of the Administrative Agent located at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, XX 00000, or such other office as the Administrative Agent may hereafter designate in writing as such to the other parties hereto.
Representative of a prospective contractor means an officer or director of a corporation, a member or manager of a limited liability corporation, a partner of a partnership or a trustee of a trust of the prospective contractor.
Authorized Representatives means those persons shown on the list of officers provided by the Borrower pursuant to Section 3.2(a)(iv) hereof or on any update of any such list provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, or any further or different officers of the Borrower so named by any Authorized Representative of the Borrower in a written notice to the Administrative Agent.
Secretary means the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services or his/her designee.
Peace officer means a law enforcement official of a public agency or governmental unit, and includes persons specifically given peace officer powers by any state law, local ordinance, or judicial order of appointment.
