Reproduction Licence definition

Reproduction Licence means the licence referred to in clauses 2.1(a) and (b).

Examples of Reproduction Licence in a sentence

  • The Collective Worship Music Reproduction Licence (CWMRL) is supplementary to the CWCL.

  • For the avoidance of doubt the Reproduction Licence and Broadcasting Licence do not permit the exploitation of Programme Material produced under (b) above by such co-producer or other broadcaster.

  • Notwithstanding any other terms or conditions of this Agreement, in order to qualify as Programme Material to which the Reproduction Licence applies, all the criteria referred to in clause 4.2 must be fulfilled.

  • The Reproduction Licence only applies to the use of any Commercial Work in relation to any Promotion where such Promotion is a Programme Trailer.

  • Notwithstanding any other terms or conditions of this Agreement, in order to qualify as Programme Material to which the Reproduction Licence applies, all the criteria referred to in clauses 4.2 to 4.4 must be fulfilled.

  • Anyone found taking fish from any water for any reason in England, Scotland and Wales without the owners or licenced operators’ permission is a criminal offence.

  • Any agreement to that effect may be either incorporated into the agreement or be agreed in Arts Law’s sample Image Reproduction Licence for Publication.
