(Chicago time) on the Business Day prior to the date of such proposed Uncommitted Borrowing and (y) in the case of a Eurocurrency Rate Uncommitted Borrowing, 4:00 P.M. (Chicago time) four (4) Business Days prior to the date of such proposed Uncommitted Borrowing.

  • After the Repurchase Request Deadline, tenders made pursuant to the Repurchase Offer will be irrevocable.

  • Request Date means each Comfort Letter Request Date, each Officer’s Certificate Request Date and each Opinion Request Date.

All Claims postmarked or submitted electronically at the Settlement Website on or before the Claim Deadline shall be timely, and all Claims postmarked or submitted electronically at the Settlement Website after the Claim Deadline shall be untimely and barred from entitlement to any Settlement Relief.

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;
