Requested Settlement Date definition

Requested Settlement Date means the date you initially request as the date for an Entry to settle with its Recipient.

  • In our sole discretion, we may attempt to process the Entry up until the Requested Settlement Date, but we have no obligation to do so.

  • You acknowledge and agree that, because of the automated systems used to provide ACH services, if you submit any Overlimit Entry, then: ● The Overlimit Entry and any related In-Process Entry may be suspended and we will determine whether to approve the processing of all of those Entries; and ● Even if we determine to approve the processing of Entries in excess of your limits, the Overlimit Entry and related In-Process Entries may not settle on the Requested Settlement Date.

  • You understand that any hold on Collected Funds covered by an Entry that contains an ACH debit file, batch or item will remain until earlier of: (i) the Entry Window occurring after you have submitted to us an authorization to delete the Incorrect Entry, and after we have had a reasonable period of time to act on that authorization; or (ii) our completion of nightly system processing on the Requested Settlement Date.

  • If sufficient Collected Funds are not available in the ACH Account for the suspended Entry by 6:00 PM Central Time on the Requested Settlement Date, that Entry automatically will be deleted from our ACH system.

  • You acknowledge and agree that, if you submit an Entry for which there are insufficient Collected Funds in the ACH Account at the time of submission, then  The Entry may be deleted from our ACH system and never settle with its intended Recipient, or  Even if Collected Funds should become available in the ACH Account at a later time, the Entry may not settle with its intended Recipient until a date after the Requested Settlement Date.

  • We will maintain the suspended Entry in our ACH system until the Requested Settlement Date, checking at each Entry Window to see if sufficient Collected Funds have become available in the ACH Account for that Entry.

  • You acknowledge and agree that, if the Collected Funds required for any Entry do not become available in the ACH Account until after the Last Fed Entry Window on the Intended Transmission Date, then the Entry may not settle with its intended Recipient until a date after the Requested Settlement Date.

Related to Requested Settlement Date

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Termination Settlement Date means, for any Terminated Obligation, the date customary for settlement, substantially in accordance with the then-current market practice in the principal market for such Terminated Obligation (as determined by the Calculation Agent), of the sale of such Terminated Obligation with the trade date for such sale occurring on the related Termination Trade Date.

  • Cash Settlement Date means, for each Financially Settled Futures Transaction, the Business Day determined by Exchange from time to time in accordance with industry practice for such Transaction, as posted on Exchange’s Website not less than one month prior to the occurrence of such date, other than Invoices issued as a result of a Contracting Party’s Default or under the Close- out Procedure which amounts require payment immediately;

  • Call Settlement Date means the fifth Business Day following the last Index Business Day in the Call Measurement Period.

  • Final Settlement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).

  • Mandatory Settlement Date means the earliest of:

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

  • Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour.

  • Early Settlement Date has the meaning specified in Section 5.9(a).

  • Physical Settlement Date means the date (which may occur after the Scheduled Maturity Date) specified as such in the Intended Physical Settlement Notice falling 10 Business Days after the date of the Intended Physical Settlement Notice.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $240,000 which is the total amount Standard agrees to pay under the Settlement, except as provided in Paragraph 8 below. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.

  • Remarketing Settlement Date means the date of the settlement of any Successful Remarketing, which will be three Business Days after such Remarketing.

  • CCASS Settlement Day means the term “Settlement Day” as defined in the General Rules of CCASS.

  • Standard Settlement Period means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.

  • Net Settlement Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, less the following payments in the amounts approved by the Court: Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Administration Expenses Payment. The remainder is to be paid to Participating Class Members as Individual Class Payments.

  • Purchase Contract Settlement Date means [ ].

  • Subscription Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Subscription Trade Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.

  • Daily Settlement Amount for each of the 40 consecutive Trading Days during the Observation Period, shall consist of:

  • Cash Settlement Amount means the “Cash Settlement Amount” as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Paragraph 6.

  • Net Share Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.

  • First Settlement Date means the date set forth in footnote 3 under "Summary of Essential Financial Information" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.

  • Early Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 5.9(a).

  • Final Redemption Settlement Date means the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the Final Redemption Date.

  • Mandatory Redemption Settlement Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the day on which the Issuer has received payment in full from the Margin Loan Provider of the amounts payable in respect of the termination of the LS Margin Account Agreement.

  • Cash Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).
