The Requesting Spinco shall reimburse Parent for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the Parent Group in obtaining a private letter ruling requested by the Requesting Spinco within 10 Business Days after receiving an invoice from Parent therefor.
Requesting Participant means a Participant initiating an RFQ.
Requesting Person shall have the meaning set forth in Section 25 hereof.
Requesting Holder shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.1.
Demand Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Requesting state means a state which invokes the procedures of the compact to secure the undertaking or intensification of measures to control or eradicate one or more pests within one or more other states.
Requesting Holders shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.5.
Takedown Requesting Holder shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.3.3.
Designated Employer Representative (DER) means a designated school district representative authorized to take immediate action to remove employees from safety-sensitive duties, to make required decisions in the testing and evaluation process, and to receive test results and other communications for the school district.
Requesting Party means the Party to this Agreement submitting a request for or having received information from the requested Party;
Comparable Employee means as defined in Regulation 5(4) of the AWR being an employee of the Hirer who:
Transferring Employee means an employee at the airport who timely transfers to the regional authority by the transfer date.
FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
Demand Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(i).
Demand Registration Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Step-In Notice has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;
Demand Registration Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1(a).
Participating Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist means a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Offeror’s Notice means the notice described in Section 12.3.
Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
Certification period means the period for which an individual is certified eligible for a program.
Non-Participating Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist means a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Requesting Investor has the meaning set forth in Section 7.5 of the Indenture.
Drug-dependent person means a person who is using a
Approved school means a school approved and authorized
Excluded Employee means an employee as defined in section 3527, subd. (b) of the Government Code (Ralph C. Dills Act) except those excluded employees who are designated managerial pursuant to section 18801.1 of the Government Code.
Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
