Required Annual Release definition

Required Annual Release has the same meaning as in the Snowy Water Licence taken as a whole as at the Corporatisation Date. For the avoidance of doubt, "Required Annual Release" is not a reference to "Agreed Annual Release" under that Licence and a change to the Snowy Water Licence after the Corporatisation Date will not affect the calculation of Required Annual Releases for the purposes of this Schedule;

Examples of Required Annual Release in a sentence

  • Average Annual Bonus means the average of the annual bonuses (if any) from the Company earned by the Executive with respect to the Bonus Fiscal Years during all or any portion of which the Executive was employed by the Company; and, provided, further, that, if the Executive was not employed by the Company during all or any portion of any of the Bonus Fiscal Years, “Average Annual Bonus” means zero.

  • Release of Claims means the Release of Claims in substantially the same form attached hereto as Exhibit A (as the same may be revised from time to time by the Company upon the advice of counsel).

  • Restriction Release Date means such date, after the Effective Date, that the Board of Directors determines in good faith that it is in the best interests of the Corporation and its stockholders for the transfer restrictions set forth in this Article 4 to terminate.

  • Average Annual Debt Service means, at the time of calculation, the sum of the Annual Debt Service for the remaining years of the loan to the last scheduled maturity of the loan divided by the number of those years.
