Required Collateral Amount definition

Required Collateral Amount has the meaning specified in Section 6.10(b).

Required Collateral Amount means the aggregate dollar amount that FHLBank may specify from time to time with respect to each Advance and any other obligation or liability of the Institution to FHLBank. FHLBank may increase or decrease the Required Collateral Amount at any time.

• As set out in Section 3 of the Procedures, LCH.Clearnet SA will make a Collateral Call of an amount equal to the Required Collateral Amount in accordance with Section 3 of the Procedures.

Required Collateral Amount is hereby amended by deleting the text thereof in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

Required Collateral Amount means 100 percent of the Facility Amount from time to time, provided, that the Required Collateral Amount shall be increased to 105 percent of the Facility Amount during any period (and only for such time) that the Company’s long-term senior unsecured non-credit-enhanced debt rating by either S&P or Xxxxx’x is less than the Effective Date Rating by such rating agency, respectively, provided, further, that to the extent that the collateral under the Collateral Documents in respect of any EURO-denominated Letters of Credit consists of U.S. Dollar denominated investments or U.S. Dollars, the Required Collateral Amount in respect of such Letters of Credit shall be 110 percent of the aggregate face amount of such Letters of Credit.

Required Collateral Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the greater of (i) the product of (a) the sum of the Class A Adjusted Invested Amount, the Class B Adjusted Invested Amount and the Collateral Indebtedness Amount, each as of such Distribution Date after taking into account distributions made on such date and (b) the Required Invested Base Percentage and (ii) (a) if the Collateral Indebtedness Amount is greater than zero, the product of the Required Collateral Base Percentage and the Initial Invested Amount of the Designated Series, or (b) if the Collateral Indebtedness Amount is equal to zero, the product of the Required Cash Base Percentage and the Initial Invested Amount of the Designated Series; provided, however, that (i) if there are any withdrawals from the Cash Collateral Account pursuant to Section 4.12(c), any reductions in the Collateral Indebtedness Amount pursuant to clause (c) of the definition of such amount, or a Pay Out Event occurs with respect to the Designated Series, then the Required Collateral Amount for any Distribution Date shall equal the Required Collateral Amount on the Distribution Date immediately preceding such withdrawal, reduction or Pay Out Event, 29 29

Required Collateral Amount means the aggregate dollar amount that he Bank may specify from time to time with respect to each Advance and any other obligation or liability of the Institution to the Bank. The Bank may increase or decrease the Required Collateral Amount at any time.

Required Collateral Amount means Collateral having a value equal to the amount by which the Amortized Cost Value of the Covered Investments exceeds 90% of the then-current market value of the Covered Investments as determined by the Fund for purposes of calculating the Fund’s net asset value per share.

Required Collateral Amount means at any time the greater of (i) $60,000,000 and (ii) the quotient of (a) the amount determined in good faith by the Secured Party to be the excess of (A) its forecast of the amount of delinquent HSBC RALs originated in 2008 as of December 31, 2008 (without consideration of any subsequent recoveries) over (B) $96,300,000, divided by (b) .89, which quotient shall be multiplied by .49999999. The Secured Party, acting in good faith, may compute the Required Collateral Amount from time to time in its discretion, and any such computation of the Required Collateral Amount shall be based on the Secured Party’s statistical and reasonable judgmental forecast and models and methods in accordance with its practices and policies then in effect and shall be conclusive and binding in the absence of manifest error. The Secured Party’s forecast of the amount of delinquent HSBC RALs originated in 2008 as of December 31, 2008 (without consideration of any subsequent recoveries) as of the date of this Agreement is $96,270,623.
