The Required Funding Amount shall be paid to the Trust not later than thirty (30) days after the Potential Change in Control.
No Plan Participant shall have the right to challenge the calculations of either the Treasurer or the Recordkeeper with respect to the Required Funding Amount.
If the Required Funding Amount so calculated is less than the fair market value of the assets held in trust, the Trustee shall retain such difference.
