Required Governmental Consents definition

Required Governmental Consents has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.3 of Schedule V.

Required Governmental Consents means those certain consents required from Governmental Entities in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated herein and listed on Schedule 1.1(l) of the Disclosure Letter.

Required Governmental Consents has the meaning provided such term in Section 7.1(h).

Required Governmental Consents means all consents required by Law or the terms of a Facility Permit to be obtained from Governmental Authorities to permit Sellers to sell and Purchaser to purchase the Purchased Assets, including all such consents as set forth on Section 3.1.5 of Sellers’ Disclosure Schedule.
