Required Series E Holders definition

Required Series E Holders means, at any time, the holders of sixty-six and 67/100 percent (66.67%) of the then outstanding shares of Series E Preferred Stock.
Required Series E Holders means, collectively, the Stockholders holding at least sixty percent (60%) of the then-outstanding shares of Series E Preferred Stock.
Required Series E Holders means the Series E Holders representing at least two-thirds of the aggregate number of shares of Series E Preferred Stock then outstanding.
