Required Stockholders definition

Required Stockholders means, at the time of any determination, Stockholders who, at the Effective Time, will be or were entitled, subject to the provisions of Section 2.05, to receive Merger Consideration representing not less than 80% of the total Merger Consideration to be received by all Stockholders pursuant to Section 2.04.
Required Stockholders means Stockholders of at least a majority in number of Registrable Securities.
Required Stockholders means, at the relevant time of reference thereto, those Stockholders holding, in the aggregate, fifty percent (50%) of the Registrable Securities then outstanding and then held by all Stockholders.
