Requirement Part definition

Requirement Part means a component of a Requirement that is designated by a decimal number (e.g., Requirement R1 could have Requirement Parts 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3).

  • Qualified agricultural property means that term as defined in section 1211 of the revised school code, MCL 380.1211.

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Water Authority means the body corporate known as the Water Authority of Western Australia established by the Water Authority Xxx 0000;
