Requirements of the Service definition

Requirements of the Service means a situation which calls for immediate action and which could not be reasonably predicted nor preplanned.
Requirements of the Service means an unforeseen circumstance, or combination of circumstances which calls for immediate action, as well as that planning which is intended both to prevent such situations and to maintain normal operations.
