Requisition of the Authority definition

Requisition of the Authority means a requisition of the Authority delivered to the Trustee pursuant to the Trust Agreement.
Requisition of the Authority mean, respectively, a written certificate, consent, order, request or requisition of the Authority signed by or on behalf of the Authority by an Authorized Signatory authorized by the Authority to execute such a document on its behalf.
