Examples of Requisition of the Authority in a sentence
The Trustee shall disburse amounts in the Costs of Issuance Fund from time to time to pay the Costs of Issuance upon submission of a Written Requisition of the Authority stating the person to whom payment is to be made, the amount to be paid, the purpose for which the obligation was incurred and that such payment is a proper charge against said fund.
Each Requisition of the Authority shall be sufficient evidence to the Trustee of the facts stated therein and the Trustee shall have no duty to confirm the accuracy of such facts.
The Trustee shall disburse amounts in the Project Fund from time to time to pay the Project Costs upon submission of a Written Requisition of the Authority stating the person to whom payment is to be made, the amount to be paid, the purpose for which the obligation was incurred and that such payment is a proper charge against said fund.
The moneys in each Proceeds Fund shall be disbursed, upon a Requisition of the Authority, to pay costs and expenses incurred in connection with the portion of the Project financed with the proceeds of the Series of Notes deposited in such Proceeds Fund (or to make reimbursements to the Authority for such costs), to pay Costs of Issuance of such Series of Notes, to pay Credit Facility fees and other expenses related to the Notes or to pay interest on the Notes issued with respect to the Project.
Before any payment from either account of the Series 2020-A Project Fund shall be made by the Trustee, the Authority shall file or cause to be filed with the Trustee a Requisition of the Authority, such Requisition to be in substantially such form as is set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
Amounts in the Series 2020-A Costs of Issuance Fund shall be disbursed by the Trustee to pay for Costs of Issuance incurred in connection with issuance of the Series 2020-A Bonds upon a Requisition of the Authority, such Requisition to be in substantially such form as is set forth in Exhibit B hereto.
Such Requisition of the Authority shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit E hereto and shall set forth the name of the person or persons to whom said amounts are to be disbursed and shall state that the amounts to be disbursed are for costs properly chargeable to such Proceeds Fund and that such amounts have not been the subject of any previous Requisition of the Authority.
Such Requisition of the Authority shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto and shall state the person to whom payment is to be made, the amount to be paid, the purpose for which the obligation was incurred and that such payment is a proper charge against said Note Costs of Issuance Account.

The Trustee shall establish, maintain and hold in trust a separate fund designated as the “Costs of Issuance Fund.” The moneys in the Costs of Issuance Fund shall be used and withdrawn by the Trustee to pay Costs of Issuance upon receipt by the Trustee of a Requisition of the Authority stating the person to whom payment is to be made, the amount to be paid, the purpose for which the obligation was incurred and that such payment is a proper charge against said account.
