Examples of Written Certificate in a sentence
Any such Written Certificate made or given by a District Representative may be based, insofar as it relates to legal or accounting matters, upon a certificate or opinion of or representation by counsel or an accountant, unless such District Representative knows, or in the exercise of reasonable care should have known, that the certificate, opinion or representation with respect to the matters upon which such Written Certificate may be based, as aforesaid, is erroneous.
Upon the completion of the Project, the City shall file a Written Certificate of the City with the Trustee, which Written Certificate shall identify the amount (if any) to be retained in the Project Fund to pay remaining Project Costs.
To the extent that any of the requirements concerning any Permitted Investment embodies a legal conclusion, the Trust Administrator shall be entitled to conclusively rely upon a Written Certificate or certificate from the appropriate party or an opinion of counsel to such party that such requirement has been met.
