Reserve Account Control Agreement definition

Reserve Account Control Agreement means a blocked account agreement providing the Buyer with control at all times over the Reserve Account.

Reserve Account Control Agreement means the agreement among the Issuer, Xxxxx Fargo, as securities intermediary, and the Indenture Trustee, dated as of May 26, 2005, relating to the Reserve Account, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit D, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
