Reserve Account Redemption Date definition

Reserve Account Redemption Date means the first Payment Date on which the sum of (i) Available Funds for such Payment Date, plus (ii) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account immediately prior to such Payment Date, is greater than the sum of all amounts due on that Payment Date pursuant to clauses (i) through (xiv) and clause (xvii) of Section 8.3(a) of the Indenture (calculated assuming the total outstanding principal amount of each Class of Notes then Outstanding is due and payable pursuant to the definition of Noteholders’ Principal Distributable Amount).

Related to Reserve Account Redemption Date

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Tax Redemption Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(a).

  • Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Special Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, one seventh of the original principal amount at 110% of such principal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Note.

  • Term Redemption Date means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Term Redemption Date in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Series A Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 16.6.

  • Postponed Early Redemption Date means the tenth Business Day following the Early Redemption Date (if any);

  • Monthly Redemption means the redemption of this Debenture pursuant to Section 6(b) hereof.
