The undersigned shall notify the Bank not later than 12 noon three Business Days prior to each Advance hereunder which the undersigned requests to maintain at a rate of interest based on Reserve Adjusted Libor (a "Eurodollar Advance"), and not later than 12 noon on the date of each Advance which the undersigned requests to maintain at a rate of interest based on the Prime Rate (a "Prime Rate Advance").
