Reserve Instrument Repayment Obligations means, as of any date of calculation and with respect to any Reserve Instrument Agreement, those outstanding amounts payable by the Authority under such Reserve Instrument Agreement to repay the Reserve Instrument Provider for payments previously made by it pursuant to a Reserve Instrument.
