RESET Program definition

RESET Program means the Renewable Energy Standard and
RESET Program means the Renewable Energy Standard and Energy Transformation Program established under sections 8004 and 8005 of this title.

Related to RESET Program

  • Reset Period means the period from, and including, the First Reset Date to, but excluding, the next following Reset Date and thereafter each period from, and including, each Reset Date to, but excluding, the next following Reset Date.

  • Resettlement Plan or “RP” means the resettlement plan for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;

  • Child day program means a regularly operating service arrangement for children where, during the absence of a parent or guardian, a person or organization has agreed to assume responsibility for the supervision, protection, and well-being of a child under the age of 13 for less than a 24-hour period.

  • Reset Price means the price of the relevant Underlying Reference determined by the Calculation Agent by reference to the price obtained by unwinding any underlying related hedging arrangements in respect of the relevant Security during the Unwinding Time Period immediately following the relevant Reset Event Determination Time ;
