Resettlement Plan or “RP” means the resettlement plan for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;

Without limitation to the provisions of Section 5.01 (b) of the General Conditions, the Borrower, through STMSP, shall carry out, and shall cause SP Metro to carry out, the Project in accordance with the provisions and recommendations of the Environmental Impact Assessment, the Addendum to the EIA, the Resettlement Plan and the new Abbreviated Resettlement Plan.
More Definitions of Resettlement Plan
Resettlement Plan means a document or documents to be prepared, when applicable, in accordance with the provisions of the Resettlement Framework as referred to in Section I.C.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and to be published and available to the public on the website xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx.xx and outlining specific implementation procedures, mitigation measures and monitoring procedures (including cadastre and action plan) for any involuntary resettlement under the Project, as said plan may be amended from time to time with the Bank’s prior approval.
