Resettlement Plan definition

Resettlement Plan or “RP” means the resettlement plan for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;
Resettlement Plan or “RP” means the resettlement plan for the Subproject 1 prepared in accordance with the RF, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;
Resettlement Plan or “RP” means the resettlement plan for a Subproject, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower pursuant to the requirements set forth in the RF and cleared by ADB;

More Definitions of Resettlement Plan

Resettlement Plan means a document or documents to be prepared, when applicable, in accordance with the provisions of the Resettlement Framework as referred to in Section I.C.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and to be published and available to the public on the website xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx.xx and outlining specific implementation procedures, mitigation measures and monitoring procedures (including cadastre and action plan) for any involuntary resettlement under the Project, as said plan may be amended from time to time with the Bank’s prior approval.
Resettlement Plan means any plan prepared and implemented in accordance with the Resettlement Framework;
Resettlement Plan means the Sponsor’s plan which clearly sets out how and, where appropriate, when they will discharge their obligations for supporting Beneficiaries under this Contract, as detailed in Schedule 2.
