Residential householder definition

Residential householder means any person holding and occupying Residential Premises, whether or not the owner, singly or with his or her family, within the territorial limits of the city.

Residential householder means an individual, family or group family (rental) unit and includes owners, tenants and occupants of all premises containing no more than three (3) dwelling units or rooming houses with no more than five (5) rooming units. Householder shall also mean a non- profit (low volume) agency that is located in a residential area, provided application for said designation is made to the City Manager on a form supplied by the City, and provided the City Manager finds said agency to be non-profit and low volume. Nothing in this definition shall be construed to apply to Commercial Users as herein-after defined.
