Commercial Users definition

Commercial Users means all business or other similar users, commercial condominiums, hotels, laundries, laundromats, service stations, public buildings, and unoccupied storage/warehouses, swimming pools (semi-public), spa/hot tubs (semi- public).
Commercial Users means all users of the system classified as industrial users in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, U.S. Office of Management and Budget, as amended and supplemented under Division A, B, C, E, and I, but who are excluded from such definition for the purposes of this chapter, because they discharge primarily segregated domestic wastes, or wastes from sanitary conveniences, except that the classification shall not include such exempted users who are otherwise classified in this chapter as domestic users, governmental users, or institutional users.
Commercial Users means all business or other similar users, including RV spaces, commercial units, motels, ski dormitories, laundries, Laundromats, service stations, public buildings, and unoccupied storage/warehouses, swimming pools (semi-public), spa/hot tubs (semi-public).

Examples of Commercial Users in a sentence

  • Sewer Impact Fees for Non-Defined Commercial Users issued a Wastewater Discharge Permit and Industrial Users are due and payable in full upon issuance of the invoice to the User by the District.

Commercial Users are defined as those natural or juridical persons whose use of the DocuNet Service is intended primarily for economic gain and/or benefit. All businesses are presumed to be Commercial Users.
