Lower-Tier Residual Interest The sole class of “residual interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(2), in the Lower-Tier REMIC and evidenced by the Class R Certificates.
Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and interest-bearing Class, the sum of (i) one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class, on the related Class Certificate Balance or Notional Amount, as applicable, immediately prior to such Distribution Date, subject to reduction pursuant to Section 4.02(d), and (ii) any Class Unpaid Interest Amounts for such Class.
Actual Interest Amount is defined in Section 3.1(b)(vii) of this Agreement.
Series A Redemption Price has the meaning set forth in Section 16.6(a).
Upper-Tier Residual Interest The sole class of “residual interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(2), in the Upper-Tier REMIC and evidenced by the Class R Certificates.
Residual Interest Certificate means any of the Class R-I Certificates, the Class R-II Certificates, the Class R-III Certificates or, if issued in accordance with Section 2.06, the Class R-LR Certificates.
Redemption Call Purchase Price has the meaning ascribed thereto in section 5.2(a);
Residual Interest The sole class of "residual interests" in a REMIC within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(2) of the Code.
Indenture Redemption Price has the meaning specified in Section 4.2(c).
Note Redemption Price means, for the Redemption Date, an amount equal to the sum of:
Redemption Price or Repurchase Price means the amount to be paid to the relevant Holder upon redemption of that Unit, such amount to be determined pursuant to this document.
Residual Interests As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Redemption/Distribution Notice has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(e) of Annex I.
Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, $______, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Debenture.
Class R-2 Residual Interest The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC II which has been designated as the single class of “residual interest” in REMIC II pursuant to Section 2.11. The Class R-2 Residual Interest, together with the REMIC II Regular Interests, shall be deemed to be a separate series of beneficial interests in the assets of the Trust consisting of the REMIC II Assets pursuant to Section 3806(b)(2) of the Statutory Trust Statute.
Optional Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Optimal Interest Remittance Amount For each Distribution Date, the product of (A) (x) the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates for the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Collection Period divided by (y) 12 and (B) the Aggregate Loan Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period (not including for this purpose Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date).
Class R-1 Residual Interest The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC I which has been designated as the single class of “residual interest” in REMIC I pursuant to Section 2.06.
Redemption Prices means, collectively, Event of Default Redemption Prices, and the Company Optional Redemption Prices and each of the foregoing, individually, a “Redemption Price.”
Annual Interest Rate in accordance with the rate applicable to the equal instalment financing plan in effect on the conversion date, up to a maximum of 19.90%.
Class R Residual Interests The Class R-1 and Class R-2 Residual Interests (which shall be transferable only as a unit evidenced by the Class R Certificates, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Section 5.01).
Redemption Payment Date As defined in Section 13.1.
Mandatory Redemption Price means $25,000 per share of AMPS plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends.
Early Redemption Amount means in respect of each Note in circumstances where such Notes are redeemed early pursuant to Conditions 7(b) or (c), the outstanding principal amount of each Note, unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable;
Early Redemption Amount (k) means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.
Additional Interest Amount means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Notes for such period.
