Residual Per Share Amount definition

Residual Per Share Amount means an amount equal to the quotient of (i) the Aggregate Residual Amount, divided by (ii) the Fully Diluted Common Share Number.
Residual Per Share Amount means an amount equal to the quotient of (i) the Aggregate Residual Amount, divided by (ii) the Fully Diluted Shares.
