Resolving Body definition

Resolving Body means LEADR or if that body no longer exists an equivalent Australasian organisation formed to promote dispute resolution. Review Date means each date in Items 5A, 5B and 5C. Services means all services (including gas, electricity, water and sewerage and all plant, equipment, pipes, wires and cables in connection with them as applicable) to or of the Leased Premises supplied by any authority, the Council or any other person the Council authorises.

Related to Resolving Body

  • Governing body means the board of county commissioners or a county council if a county; the legislative authority if a municipal corporation; or the board of township trustees if a township; the board of directors if a sanitary district; or the board of trustees if a regional water and sewer district.

  • Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.

  • Mediator means an individual who conducts a mediation.

  • NHS body has the meaning given to it in section 275 of the National Health Service Act 2006 as amended by section 138(2)(c) of Schedule 4 to the Health and Social Care Act 2012;

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • Political action committee or “PAC” means an organization whose purpose is to solicit and make Political Contributions.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Regulatory Body means those government departments and regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees, ombudsmen and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate or investigate the matters dealt with in this Agreement or any other affairs of the Provider or the Department, including, without limitation Ofsted, the European Commission and the European Court of Auditors;

  • Arbitrator means the authority nominated by Chief General Manager (CGM) for arbitration.
